CDH Maker is the engineering studio founded by Ing. Henry Taborda in Medellín, Colombia. We combine engineering, digital fabrication and software development to solve real problems with a hands-on approach: prototype fast, iterate and deliver solutions that work. We work in Spanish and English.
We believe in the power of learning by doing and that technology should be accessible to everyone: that's why we also share knowledge through workshops and training.

How much does a project cost?
Every project is unique, so quotes are personalized and free: describe your idea and receive price and timing in under 24 hours, no strings attached.
How do work and payment happen?
We work in stages with partial deliveries: you see real progress from day one and payment is split by milestones. No surprises, no fine print.
Do you serve clients outside Medellín?
Yes. Software is delivered in the cloud anywhere in the world, and physical parts (3D, laser, CNC) ship by courier across Colombia.
What happens after delivery?
You get documentation and follow-up support: we answer questions and fine-tune details until everything runs smoothly.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. As a reference: a landing page takes 1 to 2 weeks, a custom web application 4 to 10, a process automation 2 to 5, an electronics or IoT prototype 1 to 2 weeks, and a CAD design 2 to 5 days. The estimator on this page gives you an estimate for your case.
Can you integrate artificial intelligence into my company or product?
Yes. We build AI assistants, content generation and AI analytics integrated into real systems: for example EvaIA (a local assistant with voice and vision), SIGI (in progress; AI content with human approval) and IncubApp (industrial operations with AI).

Do you offer made-to-order 3D printing, laser cutting or CNC?
Yes, in Medellín with shipping anywhere in Colombia. You can send us your STL file, your drawing or just the idea for us to design, and check your model first in this page's 3D viewer to estimate the printing time.
